Depending on the Steamworks features used by the Game, Valve may make certain Steam account information available to the Game, such as a Steam ID, public profile information, avatar, game ownership information, achievements, leaderboard information, multiplayer matchmaking information, game progress, or other information required to provide Steam functionality.
Steam’s services and processing of personal information are governed by Valve’s own privacy policies.
Valve states that information made available through Steamworks can include a user’s Steam ID, public persona name, avatar, game ownership and, depending on the services implemented, leaderboard, progress, achievements, matchmaking and other game information.
On Android, Fly High Runners may use Google Play and Google Play Games Services.
Google Play Games Services may process information associated with a player’s Google/Play Games account, including gamer identity, avatar, achievements, scores, gameplay information, and technical or diagnostic information depending on the features used.
Google states that Play Games Services may automatically collect gamer identity information and analytics/diagnostic data, while additional gameplay information such as achievements, scores, social connections and saved-game data may be processed depending on how a game uses the service.
Google may also process information such as account information, IP address, approximate region, device identifiers and game-related information in connection with its Games services.
On Apple platforms, Fly High Runners may use Apple Game Center for functionality such as achievements, leaderboards and multiplayer features.
When Game Center is used, Apple may process information including games played, gameplay activity, scores, achievements, Game Center identifiers, nickname, avatar, friends and multiplayer activity.
Apple states that developers may receive certain Game Center information, including a player’s nickname, avatar and unique Game Center identifiers, depending on the permissions and functionality used by the game.
Apple’s collection and processing of this information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and Game Center privacy practices.
Fly High Runners may use RevenueCat to manage and process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
RevenueCat may process information necessary to validate purchases and maintain purchase or subscription status. Depending on the Game’s configuration, this may include technical information about the player’s device, purchase information, Apple receipt information, Google purchase tokens, and an application-specific user identifier or other metadata.
RevenueCat states that its services may process end-user technical information and transaction information, including Apple receipt files and Google purchase tokens.
RevenueCat processes this information to provide purchase and subscription management services to developers.
Fly High Runners uses Photon Fusion, provided by Exit Games, to provide online multiplayer networking.
Photon Cloud may process limited technical information required to provide multiplayer functionality, including the player’s IP address and a user ID provided by the Game.
Exit Games states that minimal end-user personal information may be processed within Photon Cloud, including an end-user IP address and a user ID supplied by the developer, where necessary to provide networking functionality.
Photon processes this information as part of providing its multiplayer networking infrastructure.
Lavibus Games does not directly collect or store players’ payment card information.
Purchases made through Steam, Google Play, Apple App Store, or other supported platforms are processed by the relevant platform and/or payment service provider.
Where RevenueCat is used, it may process purchase-related information necessary to validate and manage purchases. RevenueCat does not require Lavibus Games to receive or store the player’s payment card number.
Lavibus Games does not use player personal data for:
Advertising profiling
Selling personal information
Sending marketing emails
Creating advertising profiles
Tracking players across unrelated websites or services
Information processed through third-party services is used to provide the functionality for which those services are integrated, including:
Online multiplayer
Matchmaking and networking
Achievements and leaderboards

Game purchases and subscriptions
Game ownership verification
Preventing fraud and abuse

Lavibus Games does not sell or rent players’ personal information.
Information may be processed by the third-party services described in this Privacy Policy when required to provide their functionality.
These providers operate independently and have their own privacy policies and terms.
Lavibus Games does not maintain a separate database of player personal information for Fly High Runners.
